How do I add names? Right on the product page — type the names, pick your finish, and (on select pieces) watch the live preview update as you type.

How many characters can I use? Up to 12 characters per name. Names are crafted exactly as you type them, so double-check spelling before ordering.

Which birthstones can I choose? One for each month: January—Garnet, February—Amethyst, March—Aquamarine, April—Diamond, May—Emerald, June—Alexandrite, July—Ruby, August—Peridot, September—Sapphire, October—Tourmaline, November—Citrine, December—Tanzanite.

Quality & Care

What are the pieces made of? 316L stainless steel with durable platings — nickel-free and gentle on sensitive skin.

Will the engraving fade? No — names are engraved into the metal, not printed on top.

Can I shower with my jewelry? We recommend taking engraved and pearl pieces off before showering and sleeping to keep them flawless for years.

How long does delivery take? Every piece is made to order — from order to delivery it usually takes 6–9 business days, with free shipping across the USA.

Can I return a personalized item? Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned — but our 24-month guarantee covers defects and wrong personalization with a free replacement.
